Award Season: And The Golden Globe Winners Are…

2017 Golden Globe Awards

The 74th Annual Golden Globe Awards have concluded at the majestic Beverly Hilton Hotel , hosted by the Foreign Press Association. It was no surprise that La La Land swept the awards, nabbing 7 awards. La La Land is the most honored film in Golden Globe history. This is a big feat for a film that remained relatively unknown until its release.  The film grabbed not just the musical category, but other awards as well. Moonlight grabbed the best picture award (Drama). AMC’s The Night Manager, FX’s Donald Glover penned Atlanta, and Netflix’s The Crown snagged pieces of the spotlight.

Deadpool, despite actively rallying droves of comic fan support couldn’t grab any love from the Foreign Press Association. Check out the complete winner list below:
