I am going to start things off by saying that we almost made it to the release of Avengers: Endgame without someone trying to ruin the party. Although I can go to a movie and forget everything I already know so that I can enjoy the film, most people can’t. It’s sad that there is always one A-Hole.
Sometime over the last few days, an unauthorized clip surfaced from Endgame just one week from the release date. According to CNBC, “It is likely that the person behind the leak had clearance to view the footage.”
The clip will not be described in this article. It is really spoiler-heavy and gives away a few big moments in the film. The footage looks like it was recorded during a screening of the film.
It is hard to avoid spoilers once they are on the internet. If you want to search for the leak, you can. Disney and Marvel remain silent about the leak. This is a big sign that it is real. If you want to go into the film with no knowledge about the movie, it might be wise to avoid most internet contact for the next week.
Avengers: Endgame is the biggest movie of the year. Few opening night tickets remain, and if you can still find one, consider yourself lucky. No matter the final outcome of the film, Endgame wraps up a successful 10-year-run for Marvel Studios.
