Cars 3 is coming to a theater near you, and will remind every parent that Lightning McQueen is not going away any time soon, so go ahead and buy more Cars merchandise. The film gets a third trailer, and this one is full of racing action. It’s focus is that racing is about to go through an evolution in Radiator Springs, a newer faster car is coming, ad there is nothing McQueen can do to stop it. He has only one option, to stay on top he has to get better.
The trailer debuted during the Daytona 500 this weekend. Director Brian Fee will be a darker turn for the franchise. Does Lightning McQueen wreck because he is beginning to get old? The slow-motion crash from the teaser trailer is show again here, but it doesn’t have less of an impact.
