The wait is finally over! The sequel to 2001s Super Troopers is here, courtesy of Broken Lizard. It has been a while since I instantly started laughing and getting giddy when a trailer began. It may have taken 16 years, but it feels like yesterday that Thorny and the Rookie chugged syrup, or Mac and Foster fed some unlikely drivers full of ‘meows’. The first teaser trailer for Super Troopers 2 is here, and it looks so good.

The teaser confirms the assumed release date of April 20, 2018 for Super Troopers 2. This film wouldn’t have been here if it wasn’t for your help through a Kickstarter campaign of the film. The sequel owes everything to its contributors. Super Troopers 2 will take the team to the border, where a dispute has arisen between the U.S. and Canada. The Troopers have to establish a Highway Patrol Station in the middle of the hot zone.
