Earlier this week, a thirty-second clip was released from the television spot that would air during the Super Bowl. The clip didn’t show much, but just as promised, Paramount Pictures has dropped the extended cut of the Transformers: The Last Knight Super Bowl television spot. The trailer runs 50 seconds long, and hints at a major Autobot changing allegiances. Check out the trailer below:

The new trailer features a lot of CGI work, and new glimpses at the redesigned Autobots. This movie will also feature the Dinobots, although things aren’t looking like they are in a great place in this film. Details of the plot are relatively unknown for this film, but it is quickly becoming clear that we may see Nemesis Prime in this film. The scale of this film looks to take the battle globally once again. Transformers: The Last Knight will finally tell us why the Transformers are coming to Earth. This is a franchise that everyone complains about, being that Michael Bay will undoubtedly overwhelm your senses with sound and CGI. This film marks the final Transformers movie for director Michael Bay, but I wouldn’t count him out for another sequel just yet. Bay has technically quit the franchise multiple times in the past. I guess the money is too good to leave.
