All In! Are you?
By now, everyone knows how this Saturday’s All In wrestling PPV streaming spectacular came into being. For those who may not know, it started on the back of a tweet. A fan asked noted wrestling/MMA reporter Dave Meltzer if another wrestling promotion, besides the WWE, would ever draw 10,000 for an event. Meltzer’s s simple reply of no was just the opportunity former WWE wrestler Cody Rhodes needed. He tweets back’ “Challenge accepted.”
Rhodes and the Young Bucks tag team Matt & Nick Jackson, went about organizing an event and achieved the goal in 30 minutes. Seems like that was the easy part. Now, with the event on our doorstep, comes the hard part, the show. If All In works Cody Rhodes becomes a genius. Consequently, if not, what then?
The card, to date, looks like this
- The Young Bucks & Kota Ibushi vs. Rey Mysterio Jr., Fenix & Bandido
- Kenny Omega vs. Pentagon Jr.
