At long last, the first trailer for Bloodshot is here, the first adaptation of the popular Valiant Comic. The film stars action hero Vin Diesel, and (I have to tell you) this trailer looks pretty amazing.

Diesel is Ray Garrison, a murdered marine who gets resurrected by a team of evil scientists, led by Guy Pierce. In order to save Diesel, scientists inject nanotechnology into his body, but he loses his memory in the process.
This makes Garrison the superhuman killing machine, Bloodshot. As his memories return, he seeks out the man responsible for his wife’s murder.
He is a triumph of bioengineering. The nanites in his body give him superhuman agility, speed, and healing powers. Bloodshot can also access computers and control electronics through contact.
The trailer gives away a lot of the premise and aims to introduce the hero to the casual viewer. Dave Wilson helms the film. Eric Heisserer and Jeff Wadlow wrote the script.
