Marvel Studios dropped the final full-length trailer and a new poster for Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. The film serves as the first movie in Phase Five and sets the stage to turn the MCU completely on its head.
Check out the final trailer for Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania below:
Superheroes duo Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) and Hope Van Dyne (Evangeline Lily) are once again brought back into the Quantum Realm and face a completely new threat, Kang the Conquerer (Jonathan Majors). Kang, or rather ‘He Who Remains’ (a variant of Kang), previously appeared in the finale episode of Loki.
This time, the Quantum Realm will shatter the very cores of their existence, and force Scott to face a greater threat than Thanos the Mad Titan.
The trailer also shows the debut o another big Marvel Comics villain, M.O.D.O.K. He may not be a direct adaptation of the same character from the comics, but he might play an interesting role in the MCU moving forward.
Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania also stars David Dastmalchian, William Jackson Harper, Katy O’Brian, and Bill Murray. Peyton Reed returns to direct the third film in the franchise.
Murray’s character remained a mystery for the last few years, but now, it’s revealed that he’s playing Lord Krylar, the governor of a high-end community in the Quantum Realm.
Marvel also dropped the official synopsis for the film:
