Fans have waited for the moment when they can see Tom Holland suit up as Spider-Man for Marvel once again, since Captain America: Civil War hit theaters. Now, the wait is finally over, but we aren’t just getting one trailer. Marvel dropped the US trailer and the international trailers simultaneously! I prefer the international trailer to the US one, just because it has more action and not so much high school life. You can judge for yourself. Check out the US trailer below:
The international trailer for Spider-Man: Homecoming has better music, and a lot more action compared to the US trailer. Now, I give you the international trailer below:
Can I just say that Michael Keaton as The Vulture just looks great. It is as if they snatched his costume right from the concept art released a few months ago. He is menacing, ruthless, and evolving. I had my doubts about the villain choice, but these trailers have put those thoughts to bed. The Vulture will be joined by The Tinkerer and The Shocker, both of which should play minor roles in the film. There is no doubt that The Tinkerer is responsible for all the tech that we see in this movie.
Marvel really captures the boring nature of high school life in this film. Did I just see Gwen Stacy walk by? It could be. Tom Holland looks brilliant as Spider-Man, and Spider-Man: Homecoming is bringing a big punch. The action is epic, with a slight finesse that only Marvel can bring to the character. The suit looks to be constantly upgraded by Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) and one scene appears to take place immediately falling the events of Civil War.
Is Tony Stark going to take on a more paternal role in this film, or is he just going to be the catalyst for Peter Parker’s Avengers motivation? Did you like the official trailers for the movie? What would you like to see more of in the next trailer?
We will find out when Spider-Man: Homecoming hits theaters on July 7.
