Star Wars: The Last Jedi, Lucasfilm

Star Wars: The Last Jedi is easily one of the most-anticipated films of the year, and with D23 in full-swing, we are hoping to get another trailer soon. Disney and Lucasfilm did not disappoint us though, releasing a beautiful behind-the-scenes clip of The Last Jedi. This is not just a BTS clip though, it is a celebration of everything that makes Star Wars amazing. It makes you channel the child-like wonder you had when you first were introduced to this galaxy far, far, away, no matter where in the timeline you showed up.

Check out this beautiful clip below:

This clip makes me exited for everything that is coming to the Star Wars universe. It seems that Rian Johnson is bringing some big surprises to a world se all thought that we knew. The Last Jedi promises to take us to worlds that we have never seen, and introduce us to a bigger universe outside of space stations and ship hulls. There will be a ton of new creatures coming in Episode VIII.

The clip’s music alone is a testament to how Johnson is changing things for the better, and making the universe all the more epic than it already is. It is a hopeful track, mixing old familiar melodies with a beat track that leaves me wanting more. There are a few things to take from the clip. There is a scene with a stunt coordinator fighting Kylo Res with a staff. Does that mean that Rey will eventually make a lightsaber staff? It is something that fans are yearning for since the early days to The Force Awakens. Hopefully so.

What secrets does Ryan Johnson hold for fans? Did he ever master how to do proper Wookie sounds? We will have to wait until we see the film.
