2nd ‘Power Rangers’ Trailer Proves It’s Mighty Morphin’ Time!

Power Rangers, Saban Studios

Say what you want about how you feel about the Power Rangers reboot. I was not too terribly thrilled to see the seriousness and grittiness of the first trailer, but I remained optimistic. We have been shown very little about this film, and sometimes that is a big sign that the film may not be good. Well, the 2nd trailer is here to squash all of your doubts. The trailer has some great shout-outs to the original series, along with finally showing us the team full suited-up in action! Check out the 2nd trailer for Power Rangers now:

It truly is Morphin’ Time! This new trailer has me jazzed for this movie. Could it be really bad? There is always that potential, but it looks like it may be pretty good. It at least looks fun. In this trailer we get to see Zordon (Bryan Cranston) meet the team, and don’t forget Alpha! It still feels a little strange, but I am really enjoying the way that this film feels! The colors are bright and vibrant, and that directly contrasts with the dull grey and black prevalent in a lot of the footage we have seen up until now.

Te film not only looks fun, but it looks funny. This is a film that is not afraid to take itself serious, yet enjoy the little things that made the original television series so much fun to watch.
