The Superbowl brought us a number of new trailer to feast our eyes on. Marvel took the opportunity to drop another TV Spot for Captain Marvel. Check it out below:
The first thing to note here is that the saying Carol uses in the trailer ”
Higher. Further. Faster.” is a callback to David Lopez and Kelly Sue DeConnick’s run in the comics.
Most of the footage has already been seen before, albeit for a few brief new shots. Carol’s memory loss and crazy background are center stage in this trailer, solidifying a key aspect of the character.
My excitement for this movie didn’t start very high, but as each trailer hits I’m starting to believe that this film will be better than many think. Actually, this movie looks as though it will kick ass.
