E3 was huge this year, but the biggest things to come from the week-long convention were the game trailers. This year developers brought their A-game to Los Angeles, and fans were left amazed. Now that the event is over, the tallies are in, and the most viewed game trailer from E3 2017 is Star Wars: Battlefront 2.
It beat out some stiff competition this year, beating out heavy-hitters like Assassin’s Creed Origins and Beyond Good and Evil 2. Actually, Beyond Good and Evil 2, Forza Motorsports 7, and Destiny 2 weren’t even included in the poll.
According to Polygon, Star Wars: Battlefront 2 grabbed 8.7 million views, and had the most videos and related content made by others. The complete top 10 list via YouTube (from 1-10) was Star Wars: Battlefront 2, Assassin’s Creed Origins, FIFA 18, Call of Duty: World War II, God of War, Super Mario Odyssey, Marvel’s Spider-Man, Anthem, Need for Speed Payback, and Dragon Ball FighterZ.
