April was a huge month for Netflix, but May is shaping up to be the biggest month for the service to date. Does this mean that Netflix will continue to bring big films to its streaming service? You can almost bet this is the case. Although they are taking a ton of great films and television shows away from us after April comes to a close, May is bringing some great new titles for you to binge your heart out on.
Coming in May is Anvil! The Story of Anvil (2008), Chocolat (2000), Forrest Gump (1994), the Jake Gyllenhaal film Southpaw (2015), and Marvel’s Doctor Strange (2016). But movies are not the focus of May. The closing month of the school year will bring big television shows like Queen of the South: Season 1 (2016), Royal Pains: Season 8 (2016), and Sherlock: Series 4 (2016). There is also a ton of new Netflix Original content hitting the streaming service during the month of May as well.
