Third ‘Wonder Woman’ Trailer Sets Diana’s ‘Origin’

A third trailer for DC’s upcoming Wonder Woman film, and it delves a little deeper into Diana’s origin story. The third trailer from Warner Bros. Pictures is exciting and features new scenes of Diana’s upbringing, along with a better glimpse of the film’s villain.

Check out the trailer below:

Critical reception of the film from screenings is great. Wonder Woman may be the DC superhero film that fans have waited for. With Zack Snyder’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and David Ayer’s Suicide Squad letting fans down, will Wonder Woman finally set the DC Cinematic Universe in the right direction? The new trailer features a better glimpse of the Amazons mystical island of Themyscira, and shows how hard Diana was pushed during her training. What secret is the Amazonian princess hiding?

Before she was Wonder Woman, she was Diana, princess of the Amazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior. Raised on a sheltered island paradise, when an American pilot crashes on their shores and tells of a massive conflict raging in the outside world, Diana leaves her home, convinced she can stop the threat. Fighting alongside man in a war to end all wars, Diana will discover her full powers…and her true destiny.

Wonder Woman is helmed by director Patty Jenkins. The film stars Gal Gadot as Diana, Chris Pine, Robin Wright, Connie Nielsen, David Thewlis, Elena Anaya, Danny Huston, Ewen Bremner, and Lucy Davis.
