Marvel Studios dropped the first official trailer for the Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special. With the trailers’ release, also comes a locked-in release date for the special of November 25.
The special launches exclusively on Disney+, and brings in an unlikely new actor into the MCU, Kevin Bacon (Footloose). Check out the official trailer for the Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special below:
Star-Lord is a sad puppy in the wake of Gamora’s disappearance. The special takes the Guardians back to Earth for Christmas in an attempt to get Star-Lord (Chris Pratt) the perfect gift for the Earth holiday in order to cheer him up.
The insane plan takes them to Hollywood to find Kevin Bacon, someone Star-Lord holds in high esteem. Drax and Mantis lead the charge to find Bacon, with Groot, Nebula, and Rocket Racoon in tow.
The special drops this Holiday Season in advance of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, which hits theaters on May 5.
