We finally get a full trailer for the most-anticipated movie of the year, and it did not disappoint. The trailer is full of ups and downs, and a ton of mystery. For the past few months we have been left in the dark about what Rian Johnson’s epic chapter in the Star Wars universe would be, and now we can all breathe. The trailer looks amazing, and just amps up my anticipation for Star Wars: The Last Jedi.
I’m not going to waste your time talking about this trailer until you watch the trailer. Then you should watch it again. Then turn the volume way up on your speakers and watch it again. (Yes, you should try each way before reading on!):
Where should we start. There is still a lot of uncertainty about Star Wars: The Last Jedi. When we last left of, Rey was standing in front of Luke Skywalker after receiving the final piece of the map from R2-D2. Why did Luke exile himself? The First Order knows the location of the Resistance’s base, Finn is hurt in his battle with Kylo Ren. Kylo Ren being seriously injured in his lightsaber battle with Rey, an untrained Force user. The aftermath of Han Solo’s death at the hands of his son, Ben Solo a.k.a. Kylo Ren.
There is a lot of answers that we still need. So, all that is left to do is to listen to Luke’s haunting words to Rey, “Breathe… Just Breathe…”
