The Official San Diego Comic-Con Schedule for Film and TV

San Diego Comic-Con

The complete schedule for this years San Diego Comic-Con for film and tv has hit the internet. This year sees a big change for the convention, with movies taking a back seat to new television series. There is further proof of this transition, when you look at the schedule for Hall H, gone are all the movies. Taking their place are television shows. Does this mean that the landscape of the San Diego Comic-Con is changing? It could be that 2017 doesn’t have many film to offer comic fans.

Saturday in Hall H is set to be dominated by Warner Brothers, who will have a few films hitting theaters: Wonder Woman, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, and The Lego Batman Movie. There are rumors that we could also see footage from Kong: Skull Island, and Justice League. Marvel will also have a large presence at Comic-Con this year. With Doctor Strange and Guardians of the Galaxy 2 being the studios frontrunners, and with the possibility of getting a look at Spider-Man: Homecoming, Marvel will make a big splash.

Another film that will look to build excitement at Comic-Con will be Luc Besson’s epic, Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets. Netflix’s Marvel’s Luke Cage, and Starz’ American Gods will be at Comic-Con in force, and Fox is showing footage from their two revival shows, 24 and Prison Break.

Don’t forget to add the anniversary celebrations of Aliens and Star Trek to your Comic-Con schedules as well.
