The film follows an MMA fighter names Cole Younger, who is quite unaware of his secret lineage. It isn’t until he meet Sonya Blade (Jessica McNamee) and Jax (Mehcad Brooks) that Younger’s secrets begin to reveal themselves.

Will his revelation come in time to fight the mysterious ninja, Sub Zero?

The champions of Earth must face-off against the Outworld forces of Emperor Shang Tsung (Chin Han) for the fate of the universe. The film hits the R-rating right in the face, with the trailer teasing plenty of blood, gore, and fatalities.
