The Wonder Woman game is no doubt something a lot of fans want due to her soaring popularity. For those who don’t know, Wonder Woman’s real name is Diana Prince and she comes from a women-only Island known as Themyscira.

The Amazons are a warrior race with connections to Greek Mythology.

Wonder Woman is the daughter of Queen Hippolyta and Zeus, the Olympian God. Themyscira hides from the world of man but that changes when a certain soldier washes ashore.

Steve Trevor ends up on Themyscira and that’s where the story of Wonder Woman begins. However, the game would take place years after Wonder Woman’s origin and instead focuses on an original story that takes minor inspiration from various Wonder Woman runs.

The main location of the game is Themyscira but other locations from Greek Mythology and DC Comics are available.

The game is an open-world role-player similar to God of War and The Witcher. While it’s a Wonder Woman game, other characters will be playable at points such as Donna Troy, Artemis of Bana-Mighdall and even Steve Trevor.

Steve is an option to play as during sky battles or military needs.

The main story pits Wonder Woman and her allies against the cabal Godwatch who is intent on stealing the technology of Themyscira for ‘man’s world’. However, a more sinister villain awaits in the wings in the guise of Circe.

In addition, it uses side missions with other Wonder Woman villains such as Cheetah, Dr. Poison, Ares, and Medusa to name a few. Godwatch is headed up by Dr. Cyber while her pawn is Silver Swan.

This adds depth for Wonder Woman as she has a history with Silver Swan, and would hopefully work better than the Arkham Knight’s reveal.

The side missions can also be locked for certain characters. By doing this it means characters like Donna Troy, Artemis and Steve receive their own missions and players can have more of a chance with them.

As the game progresses with the ability to purchase improved versions of armor and weapons through in-game sellers.

For a more fun experience, skins can be added to the game. Wonder Woman has plenty of costumes from the source material and live-action appearances.

She can even have a skin that makes her look like Gal Gadot and Lynda Carter.

Of course, that opens up a can of worms for legal rights but since it falls under Warner Brothers then that shouldn’t be a problem.

As for the other characters, Donna Troy can have skins based on her Wonder Girl and Troia looks, as well as Conor Leslie’s version in Titans.

Side missions and achievements are the way to unlock the skins. A Wonder Woman game has great potential, especially if it follows games like God of War and The Witcher. Those games are already set around mythologies so there’s a precedent that shows it works.
