‘Killing Eve’ Confirmed for a Fourth Season

Killing Eve fans rejoice! The BBC has confirmed Villanelle and Eve will return for at least another season. Season 3 is currently in production but it hasn’t stopped the powers that be from giving the show a 4th season. It looks like the sizzling chemistry between Jodie Comer and Sandra Oh won’t be going away anytime soon.

When we last saw the two, Eve is manipulated by Villanelle, who then leaves her for dead. The former refused to become like Villanelle, and the always bored assassin took great offense. Eve also swears she doesn’t love Villanelle yet there is love from the other side. Seeing Eve at death’s door is a twist on the ending of Season 1 where Eve stabs Villanelle.

However, unlike the end of Season 1, we don’t see Eve surviving. At least with Villanelle’s cliffhanger, we know she escapes yet Season 2 ends with Eve laying on the ground. This time around it’ll be interesting to see how Eve survives being shot.

It also opens up the door for Villanelle to go after MI5 and Konstantin, who both betrayed her. Although hopefully, Seasons 3 and 4 will focus more on the Twelve and we meet more of its handlers, as well as its leader. Whatever happens, fans can rest assured it will be as irreverent and brilliant as always.
