The Notebook (2004)
This is a movie whose sole purpose is when you want to cry about something else. This Nicholas Sparks story has no other purpose in life than to make you sob your brains out. Guys, there is no amount of strength that will help you overcome the sheer tear-power of this tale. Sparks has a way of crafting tales that will pull at your heartstrings in a way that few others can. When you add Ryan Gosling and Rachael McAdams to the mix, your heart is just screwed.
Get out the tissues. You are about to spend the next 2 hours crying over your own lost love, and cheering on both of these characters own broken love story. At the end of the day, The Notebook tells you that no love is perfect, but even a bit of love is better than none.
