Disney Pictures dropped and interesting new clip for their upcoming sequel Maleficent: Mistress of Evil. The clip features a ton of new footage from the movie, and has a big spoiler!

The sequel takes place a number of years after the events of the first film. The movie chronicles the volatile relationship between a Fairy and the soon-to-be-Queen, Aurora. The first film loosely followed the events of Sleeping Beauty. The sequel breaks new ground building up to a war.
With Maleficent embracing her darker side, the film shouldn’t have to spend its screen time setting up a new threat. The clip makes the film seem more straight-forward, but as these reimaginings go, nothing is ever as it seems.
