When it comes to coffee, most people’s go-to place is Starbucks.

Now I’m sorry if I’m about to ruin your day, but truth is truth people.  I’ve seen too many hard-working people lose their fitness edge to a venti caramel macchiato, [ugh] so here’s some truth nuggets. Are you ready for this?

This is my guilty pleasure….well, was my guilty pleasure.  As much as I love a good white mocha, I’d rather not have the added 375 calories….especially for only a TALL.

Who ever orders a tall frappuccino?  But seriously, this mack-daddy rolls in at 360 calories…yea, that’s a lot.  That’s roughly 30 oz of Dr. Pepper, or about 3 Twinkies.
