The 95th Academy Awards have concluded, and “Everything Everywhere All At Once” took top honors and 6 total Oscars for Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actress, both Best Supporting Actor awards, and Best Original Screenplay.
“All Quiet on the Western Front” also grabbed a ton of Oscars for Best International Feature, and Best Cinematography, Best Production Design and Best Score. This makes it Netflix‘s most-awarded film to date.
Brendan Fraser’s “The Whale” took 2 Oscars for Best Actor and Best Make-Up/Hair, with “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever”, “Avatar: The Way of Water”, and “Top Gun: Maverick” all nabbing one award each. “RRR” also grabbed an Oscar for Best Song, “Naatu Naatu.”
This years’ nominee pool was quite competitive, with a number of notably great award-worthy films walking away without anything. A few of these films are “Tar”, “The Fablemans”, and “Tar.”
