Star Wars: The Clone Wars Season 7
Arguably one of the most popular pieces in its extended canon, Star Wars: The Clone Wars ran for 5 seasons before its cancellation in 2013.
A mini-season of “Lost Episodes” became available on Netflix the following year. Fans still weren’t satisfied however, and regular #SaveTheCloneWars campaigns rose up in various forms over the years. Disney listened, and in July 2018, announced a run of 12 brand new episodes.
Due to be released on February 21st of this year, the new season will act as a finale to the show, and take place directly before and during the events of Episode III: Revenge of the Sith.
Story arcs will include the Siege of Mandalore and Order 66, and all of the main cast from the original show will return to voice their respective characters. Disney dropped a new trailer for the season recently, which you can check out below.
