Matt Reeves is the type of writer who won’t submit a script until it’s good. He’s also the type of director who won’t film a script until it’s brilliant. That is exactly what DC needs. They need someone who passionately cares about the characters. A director who will delay the movie if need be until the script lives up to expectations.
The cinematography in a Matt Reeves movie is always incredible. He has a style not many other directors possess and is able to balance the light and dark. DC needs that balance.
