Halloween: Five Horror Video Games to Play

Evil Dead: the Game

Evil Dead: the game is the latest in the horror multiplayer craze. Personally, I’m not a big fan of how many multiplayer games there are. It would be nice to see more single-player story games from horror franchises but at least we’re getting something. The game does have some single-player modes but you still need an internet connection and there’s no save. If you’re in the middle of a mission, or even close to finishing it, and your internet drops out you’ll have to play it from the beginning.

The game was recently updated with a character and setting from the Evil Dead 2013 movie. Mia (Jane Levy) is available to play in the game. Other characters available feature multiple versions of Ash Williams, Pablo Bolivar, Kelly Maxwell, Lord Arthur and Cheryl Williams. Fans of the movies and TV shows will recognise the names.

Other multiplayer horror video games are Friday the 13th, Dead by Daylight, Back 4 Blood. Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Killers Klowns from Outer Space are going to be releasing multiplayer games in the future too.
