#10 The USO Suit
It is not fair to have a Captain America suit countdown without having his very first uniform. Yes, the suit was generic and cheesy, but it was a costume more than a suit, as Steve Rogers was merely a device in the U.S. propaganda machine during the second World War.
A special thing to note about the USO suit, and that it is the most comic-accurate suit seen on-screen. The suit paid homage to the original suit from the comics. Beyond that, using the suit in a USO show and as propaganda is a fantastic nod back to the reason Cap was created in the first place.
