New ‘Star Wars’ Series and Movies Revealed

The Mandalorian Spin-Offs

As mentioned on the previous page, The Mandalorian is receiving two spin-offs. One of these series is relatively new while the other is huge news. The first is the Rangers of the New Republic.

There is little information on what this series entails. Although, there is a chance it’ll revolve around the New Republic Rangers we’ve seen in The Mandalorian. Dave Filoni and Paul Sun-Hyung (Kim’s Convenience) appear as New Republic Rangers.

Originally, Paul’s role seemed like a cameo. That changed after he popped up in another episode. There he mentions he feels something is wrong, and now it appears that line is a foreshadow for what’s to come.

The second series is one that has made fans very happy. A fan-favorite Jedi is finally getting the live-action love she deserves. Starring Rosario Dawson, Ahsoka is the final spin-off from The Mandalorian.

Starting in Star Wars: Clone Wars, Ahsoka Tano is a Padawan who fans weren’t taken by. Flash forward to years later and Ahsoka Tano is one of the most popular characters in the Star Wars universe.

A lot of that comes down to the voice portrayal of Ashley Eckstein. Hopefully we can see Ashley appear in the series via a cameo.

The three shows will crossover to culminate in a huge event. After a certain Grand Admiral’s name drop it wouldn’t be surprising to see the story become a sequel to Star Wars Rebels.

Next – Obi-Wan Kenobi
